The successful candidate will develop and run a comprehensive programme for pastoral care. They will build positive relationships with players, parents, teachers, and academy staff while working closely with the safeguarding team.

Responsibilities also cover recording player interactions and interventions for effective information sharing. The role involves supporting scholars out on loan and developing an Academy Alumni Programme. It includes working with the multi-disciplinary team on support strategies for released players and attending trips and tours.
