Cambridge United is actively seeking an U15 Academy Lead Coach to lead the Under 15s age group and enhance the development of young players. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a high-performance environment that challenges and inspires players both on and off the pitch. This role involves planning and reviewing coaching sessions, ensuring that the individual development needs of players are integrated into training. The coach will also work closely with the Youth Development Phase Lead and other staff to deliver training sessions that align with the club's coaching philosophy and EPPP criteria. Additionally, the coach will monitor player performances during training and matches, contributing to their overall growth.
