Cambridge United are recruiting Grange Road Abbey Helpers to help deliver a high-quality and welcoming experience for all home and away fans at Cambridge United Women's games at Grange Road Stadium, as well as supporting club events held at the venue. The role focuses on creating a positive first impression for all visitors and ensuring fans are supported from the moment they arrive at the stadium. Volunteers will assist with the smooth entry of fans into the stadium and help ensure an organised and friendly arrival experience. Key responsibilities include providing information and guidance about the stadium and its facilities, directing visitors to entrances, the ticket office, club shop, and on-site food and beverage outlets, and supporting general spectator flow around the ground. Abbey Helpers play an important role in delivering excellent customer service on matchdays, helping to ensure that every supporter enjoys a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience at Grange Road.
