Cambridge United are pleased to announce the signing of forward Isaac Heath, who joins the club on a permanent deal from Everton. The 21-year-old has a strong background, having come through the academies of Leeds United and Everton before making his mark in the Toffees' Under 21 side, where he was named Player of the Season in 2024/25. Heath gained valuable experience last season during a loan spell with Accrington Stanley, where he made 30 League Two appearances, scoring four goals and providing four assists, while also collecting three Young Player of the Season awards at the club's end-of-season presentation evening. Heath arrives at the Cledara Abbey Stadium on a three-year deal, pending EFL and FA approval. Expressing his excitement, Heath stated, “I'm delighted to get the move over the line. This feels like the right club for me at this stage of my career.” Manager Neil Harris expressed his satisfaction with the signing, noting, “I am delighted to welcome Isaac to the football club. We had to fend off strong competition for his signature, and we're really pleased he's chosen to join us.” Harris highlighted Heath's versatility and potential to enhance the team's attacking threat, making him a valuable addition to Cambridge United's squad.
